• What do you mean 'one location'?

I offer outdoor based photography. This type of natural light photography requires a location. The perfect location can be a park, street or even your backyard. If you can't think of a location we can discuss this prior to the photo session. I do not offer studio sessions at this time.

  • What if the location isn't going to work?

If the weather turns sour or the location is suddenly unavailable we will try our best to make it work by continuing the session at a different location or on a later date at no extra charge.

  • How do I change or cancel an appointment?

If you need to change or cancel an appointment please do so by filling out the contact form. There is no charge for changing or canceling an appointment.

  • What if the session goes over the allotted time?

Depending on the circumstances, we'll try to wrap the session up as quickly as possible but there may be an additional charge if the session goes over by 30 minutes or more.

  • How do I get my pictures?

You'll get your pictures after payment has been received and the final processing has been completed (usually within 24 hours). You will get the best of the session in high definition jpeg files on a CD.

  • How and when do I pay?

Payment is due after the session and photographs will not be delivered until payment has been received in full. I accept all major credit cards as well as paypal or cash. Sorry, no checks. If you wish to pay with credit card you will receive an invoice via email and PayPal.com will process the transaction.

  • How does Geoff use the pictures?

Geoff may use the photos at the discretion of the client, if you wish your photos to not be included on geoffpuryear.com please inform Geoff before, during or after the session. To contact Geoff after the session use the contact form.

  • How can I use the pictures?

You may print an unlimited amount of pictures included in the "Print" folder. You may share the photos included in the "Online" folder over the internet.

  • How should I print the pictures?

I recommend printing 4x6,5x7 and 8x10 sizes at Fred Meyer. To print senior portrait 2x3 handouts I recommend the wallets at Shutterfly.com. All photos should be printed on Matte finish paper and coloring should not be altered. Geoff does not offer support for the aforementioned businesses and makes no guarantees for their products.

  • What if I'm unhappy with the pictures?

Sometimes things just don't work out. I will try my hardest to fix any issue as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
